Wartung der Auspuffanlage

Die Auspuffanlage deines Mofa oder Mopeds ist ein wichtiger Bestandteil für die Leistungsfähigkeit - insbesondere bei Zweitaktern. Leider setzt sich diese mit der Zeit mit Ölkohle zu und verringert dadurch die Gesamtleistung des Fahrzeugs erheblich.

Du kannst die Auspuffanlage manuell reinigen (Zylinder-Auslass und Krümmer sowie zerlegbare Auspufftöpfe), von Rückständen befreien, soweit das möglich ist. Vom "Ausbrennen" der Anlage kann nur abgeraten werden - dadurch kann Dämmung und Chrom zerstört werden - möglicherweise ist das Moped dann lauter, aber nicht schneller geworden.

Verwende beim 2-Takter nur das vorgeschriebene Mischungsverhältnis! Zuviel Öl belastet die Umwelt, deinen Geldbeutel und ist für die schnelle Verkokung der Auspuffanlage verantwortlich. Eine Mischtabelle findest du hier.

Wenn der Auspuff schon in die Jahre gekommen ist, lohnt es sich diesen durch einen Neuen zu ersetzen um die ursprüngliche Motorleistung wieder zu erreichen.
