Important information about the "Denfeld" or "Wittkopp" saddle flap:
Please note that these saddle flaps are so-called "stretch flaps".
These saddle flaps must be stretched onto the corresponding underframe in order to achieve the corresponding elasticity.
The saddle cloth istherefore approx. 4 cm shorter on delivery than the old one that is still on your frame.
This is not a defect and must be the case!
The Wittkopp or Denfeld saddle cloths are manufactured using the original tools from the 1950s and are therefore a perfect fit.
